Our Story
Spiras Health was founded on the belief that extending the care of specialists into the home of a patient dealing with complex chronic illness vastly improves both clinical and financial outcomes.
We believe we can support these patients, build trust, and change behavior so patients:
- fully engage in their healthcare
- better understand the disease process, treatment protocols, medications, and symptoms
Through our patient relationships, we help manage and slow the progression of patient conditions, improve quality of life, and reduce costs associated with avoidable hospitalizations and ER visits.
To improve outcomes, we increase patient/clinician interaction and solve social determinants of health and other barriers to care. We can do this at scale and create value for patients, providers, and health plans.
