As Chief Growth Officer, Dr. Zachary will lead Spiras Health’s strategic growth initiatives, focusing on expanding payer partnerships and advancing innovative care models. Dr. Zachary brings experience from transformational roles at Matter Health, Stellar Health, Babylon Health, and Evolent Health, where he drove multi-state expansion, launched value-based programs, and managed billions in healthcare spend, building on his decade of experience caring for patients in hospital settings.

Smith brings nearly 15 years of healthcare operations experience, with deep expertise in building and operating innovative care delivery models across payer and provider organizations. A veteran leader at Spiras Health, he has played a key role in building and scaling the company’s operations. His experience includes operational roles at ChenMed, Cigna, and HCA Healthcare.
